SUBMIT A PROJECT IN DEVELOPMENT STAGE

Presentation of Feature-Length Fiction, Documentary, and Animated Projects in Development

The Odesa International Film Festival invites filmmakers to submit feature-length fiction, documentary, and animated film projects for the Development presentation, provided they have a completed first draft of the script and confirmed financing covering at least 30% of the budget at the time of application.

Eligible projects must be either Ukrainian productions or co-productions with Ukraine. The pitch presentation will take place in English.

Applications are welcome from creators of all backgrounds, with no restrictions based on age, physical abilities, race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

Submission deadline: August 1, 2025, by 23:59 (Kyiv time).
