MYTH is the story of Vasyl Slipak, a world-renowned opera singer with a unique voice. Vasyl was born in Lviv but lived in France for 19 years, where he had a successful career on the world's opera stages, loyal friends and love. During the Revolution of Dignity, he led rallies in France and volunteered for the needs of Ukraine. It would seem that he did more than enough. But Vasyl decided to leave European stage and join the ranks at the frontline when war came to his country. Vasyl ‘MYTH’ Slipak was killed by a sniper's bullet.

DIRECTOR - LEONID KANTER

Biography

Leonid Kanter (27.07.1981 - 4.06.2018) is a Ukrainian director, producer, writer and traveller. In 2002 and 2005, he received two degrees from the Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theatre and Cinema Arts, specialising in: ‘Theatre and Film Actor, TV Presenter, and TV Directing.

- Obyrok Art-village is a creative settlement that gathers friends from all over the world, organises festivals, art events, creative schools and folk festivals.

DIRECTOR - IVAN YASNIY

Biography

Ivan Yasniy (16.02.1969) was born in the Ternopil region in a patriotic family that raised him with a deep respect and interest in Ukrainian history and culture.

Ivan Yasniy is one of those directors of Ukrainian television who stood at the origins of the rapid development of television formats and the creation of dozens of TV shows that made Ukrainian television history: ‘Galloping across Europe’, ‘Taxi’, various sketch shows, reality shows and series for the central channels.
