An ancient witch from Konotop, having fallen in love with an ordinary guy, long ago renounced her witchcraft powers. However, when Russian soldiers capture the city and brutally kill her beloved at the start of the war, she decides to take revenge. She regains her powers and unleashes terrible and bloody retribution on the heads and other body parts of her fiancé's killers.
