Through sustained frontline access, the film offers an intimate portrait of the psychological and emotional realities of modern war and the resilience of those living through it.

Biography

Xackery Irving is a New York filmmaker focused on stories shaped by crisis and endurance. His films have screened internationally, with American Chain Gang premiering in competition at SXSW and Brace For Oblivion receiving the Best International Documentary Award following its World Premiere at the Galway Film Fleadh. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Producers Guild of America East Coast Employment Committee.
