Fed up with the Barcelona City Council's claim that public transport could not reach the Torre Baró neighborhood because the streets were too narrow and unsafe, Manolo Vital, one of its neighbors and a TMB bus driver, set out to prove, at the wheel of 'EL 47', that the authorities were wrong.

Biography
Marcel Barrena (born 1979, Barcelona, Spain) is a Spanish director and screenwriter. Studied laws and cinema in Barcelona. His debut Cuatro estaciones (2010) won the Gaudí Award for Best TV Film. His next work, the documentary Món Petit (2012), received numerous awards and was shortlisted for the Oscars. The feature film 100 Meters (2016), based on a true story, achieved both critical and audience success. Barrena’s latest film, Mediterráneo (2021), won several Goya Awards and was showcased at international festivals.
Since 2002, Marcel Barrena publishes in Fotogramas magazine, being one of it's youngest writers ever.
