Thrown into the limbo of being war refugees, the musicians in Kyiv Soloists try to navigate the road while advocating for peace with their powerful music. In February 2022, the 15 musicians went on what was meant to be a short concert tour in Italy. The same night, Russia invaded their homeland. In the chaos that follows, they decide to expand their tour around Europe. They started the mission together, but as time goes on, they need to find their own missions and ways to live during the war.

Biography

Trond Kvig Andreassen is a director, photographer and editor, and holds a degree in documentary directing from Lillehammer University College. He is affiliated with the production companies Motlys and Babushka, and works with documentaries, music videos and commercials.
