In the first days of the war, 17-year-old Olga, a girl with a hearing impairment, arrives at her father’s house near Kyiv, where he now lives with his new family. When Russian soldiers break into their home, she faces a harrowing choice. To survive and save her loved ones, Olga must overcome old family resentments and find the strength to act under inhuman conditions.

Biography
Egor Olesov is an award-winning Ukrainian film producer, director, screenwriter, and composer with over 20 years of experience in the film industry. Born in Kyiv, he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television named after I. K. Karpenko-Kary and completed courses at the New York Film Academy. He is a member of the European Film Academy, the Ukrainian Film Academy, the Visual Effects Society, and the Ukrainian Television Academy. His works have been repeatedly showcased at international film festivals and leading film markets, representing Ukrainian cinema to a global audience.
